SPECIALIST CENTRAL PRODUCTION KITCHEN
Hajjah Aminah Food Industries Sdn Bhd (HAFI) is a halal food producer whose central production kitchen is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, about 40 minutes away from the main airport terminal of Malaysia, KLIA2 and 2 hours away from the main city of Kuala Lumpur.
The company specilalises in mass production which is produced based on uniform and consistent quality for a range of customers including hotels, franchised chains and caterers; airlines and other major events such as the Hajj season in Saudi Arabia. All the products produced by the company is JAKIM certified halal.
The company produces all range of halal food, from from frozen to ready to eat food. The company has the expertise to produce halal, clean and healthy food which are preservative and additives free by using the latest technology in food production technology
Food produced by the company can last for 12 months (frozen food) and 24 months (retort technology).
